How we source and vet bankable assets

Every opportunity is screened, validated and structured before a capital partner sees it.

CARF does not deploy principal capital. All investments are made directly by capital partners.

  1. Initial screening

KAZRC-certified deposits are screened against our investment criteria.

  2. Technical validation

    JORC alignment and reserve audit.

  3. Financial structuring

    Capex modelling and IRR analysis.

  4. Legal diligence

    Licence, permitting and ESG review.

  5. Investment committee approval

Approved opportunities become a packaged deal, ready for capital introduction.

If not approved: we reject the asset or recommend upgrades.

  6. Matching and introduction

We match the deal with pre-vetted capital providers, then introduce and present the opportunity.

  7. Capital provider due diligence

The capital provider conducts its final due diligence.

If not approved: we gather feedback and restructure, or seek alternative capital.

  8. Closing and deployment

We facilitate documentation and closing. The project advances to production, CARF earns its commission, and the relationship is nurtured for repeat deployment.
