Regulatory status

CARF Ltd. is entered on the public register of the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA) as a private company whose activities exclude regulated financial activities. CARF does not issue financial instruments, accept deposits, provide credit or deploy principal capital.

Financial instruments are issued, and capital is provided, by regulated banks, financial institutions and capital partners. Each of them takes its own credit and investment decisions and is responsible for its own regulatory obligations.

What we process and why

Website visits. This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking technologies and has no forms. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access so that the site can be delivered and protected against misuse. These server logs are kept for a limited period.
Email enquiries. When you email us, we process the information you send in order to answer you and, where a business relationship is being considered, to carry out pre-contractual checks, including know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) screening.
